Recently engaged Seth Rogen to appear on long-awaited premier of Conan

Funnyman Seth Rogen made the news the other day for joining the likes of Eddie Murphy and Adam Sandler on the Forbes List of Most Overpaid Actors and in September he made headlines when news broke that he had finally popped the question to his longtime girlfriend, Lauren Miller. Tonight he will appear on Conana O’briens’ late night talk show, where fans will hopefully learn more about how the couple’s wedding is progressing.

One of Seth’s friends told Life & Style magazine a while ago that the former Freaks and Greeks actor, 28,  proposed to his girlfriend, also 28,  after returning home to LA from a family visit to Boston. “He surprised her with the proposal,” the friend added. “She’d started giving up hope that he would ever pop the question.”And it seems everyone is thrilled for the happy couple. “Her family adores him; everyone is thrilled to plan a wedding.”

Rogen recently finished filming the superhero movie The Green Hornet, for which he also wrote the screenplay. In order to perform his own stunts he knocked off quite a few pounds, but despite his slimmer frame, Rogen told Playboy magazine he felt like a “sell out” for shedding the weight. “I’ve been eating better and training – and hating myself for it. I feel like a sell out, I feel lame, I feel like a guy I would make fun of,” he said.

Rogen said his weight loss was down to healthy heating and regular workouts with a personal trainer. Miller, who has been dating Rogen since 2004 and had small roles in three of his movies, has also trimmed down over the last few years.
